Refund Policy

Last updated: June 2026

1. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If ZSign isn't right for you, your first purchase of any paid plan (Starter or Business, monthly or annual) is covered by a 14-day money-back guarantee. Request a refund within 14 days of your first payment and we'll refund it in full — no questions asked.

2. Annual Renewals

Annual subscriptions renew once a year, and we email you a reminder before the renewal charge. If you missed it, you may request a full refund of an annual renewal within 14 days of the renewal charge.

3. Monthly Renewals

You can cancel a monthly subscription at any time from your billing settings. You keep full access through the end of the period you've paid for; we don't charge again after cancellation. Monthly renewal charges after the first purchase are generally not refunded on a prorated basis, but if something went wrong — a charge after you tried to cancel, an accidental duplicate — contact us and we'll make it right.

4. How to Request a Refund

Email support@getzsign.com from the email address on your account. Our order process and payments are handled by Paddle.com as merchant of record — once a refund is approved, Paddle returns the money to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank. You can also contact Paddle directly via the receipt email they sent you.

5. What Refunds Don't Cover

Refunds restore money, not data exceptions: documents sent and signatures collected while your plan was active remain valid and subject to our Terms of Service. Abuse of the guarantee (for example, repeatedly purchasing and refunding to avoid paying) may lead us to decline a refund except where the law requires one. Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable rights you have under the consumer-protection laws of your country.

6. Free Plan

The Free plan never charges you, needs no card, and doesn't expire — so there's nothing to refund. It's also the best way to evaluate ZSign before paying: the free tier is the trial.
