Internship Agreement
This Internship Agreement (this "Agreement") is entered into as of the date last signed below by and between:

2. Purpose and Learning Objectives
The purpose of this internship is to provide Intern with practical professional experience in department while contributing to Company's business objectives. The following learning objectives have been established for this internship:

(b) [Learning Objective #2 — e.g., develop professional communication and collaboration skills]

Company and Intern's supervisor shall work with Intern to create specific, measurable goals aligned with these objectives during the first week of the internship.
3. Duties and Responsibilities
Intern shall perform the duties and responsibilities assigned by their supervisor, which may include but are not limited to:
(a) [Primary responsibility — e.g., assisting with research, analysis, and reporting]
(b) [Secondary responsibility — e.g., supporting team projects and initiatives]
(c) [Tertiary responsibility — e.g., attending team meetings and contributing ideas]

Intern understands that specific tasks may evolve during the internship based on business needs and Intern's developing skills.
4. Compensation and Benefits
4.1 Stipend/Pay
Intern shall receive compensation of stipend_amount, paid in accordance with Company's regular payroll schedule, less applicable withholdings and deductions.
4.2 Benefits
Intern is not eligible for Company employee benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, paid time off, or stock options, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
4.3 Expenses
Reasonable work-related expenses must be pre-approved by Intern's supervisor and will be reimbursed in accordance with Company's expense reimbursement policy.
5. Intellectual Property
All work product, inventions, discoveries, designs, code, documents, and materials created by Intern during the internship, whether individually or jointly with others, that relate to Company's business or are created using Company resources (collectively, "Work Product"), shall be the sole and exclusive property of Company. Intern hereby assigns to Company all right, title, and interest in and to the Work Product, including all intellectual property rights.
Intern agrees to execute any additional documents reasonably requested by Company to effectuate this assignment.
6. Confidentiality
Intern acknowledges that during the internship, Intern will have access to confidential and proprietary information belonging to Company, including business strategies, customer data, financial information, trade secrets, and technical information ("Confidential Information"). Intern agrees to: (a) maintain the strict confidentiality of all Confidential Information; (b) not disclose Confidential Information to any third party; (c) use Confidential Information solely for the purpose of performing internship duties; and (d) return all Confidential Information upon completion of the internship. This obligation shall survive the termination of this Agreement.
7. Company Policies
Intern shall comply with all Company policies and procedures, including but not limited to: (a) code of conduct and ethics; (b) anti-harassment and discrimination policies; (c) information security policies; (d) social media and communications policies; and (e) workplace safety requirements. Intern shall complete all required compliance training within the first week of the internship.
8. At-Will Status and Termination
This internship is at-will, meaning either Party may terminate the arrangement at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. The internship is expected to conclude on end_date, but may be extended by mutual written agreement. Nothing in this Agreement constitutes a guarantee of future employment with Company.
9. Evaluation and Feedback
Intern's supervisor shall provide Intern with a mid-point evaluation and a final evaluation covering performance, skill development, and achievement of learning objectives. Intern is encouraged to seek regular feedback throughout the internship.
10. General Provisions
(a) Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of governing_state.
(b) Entire Agreement: This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the Parties regarding the internship.
(c) Amendments: This Agreement may only be amended by written instrument signed by both Parties.
(d) Severability: If any provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
