9. Change Order Process

Work on the change order will not commence until signed approval is received from both parties.
10. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, client_name shall own all deliverables created specifically for this project. company_name retains ownership of its pre-existing tools, frameworks, templates, and methodologies. company_name reserves the right to showcase the completed project in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
11. Warranty
company_name warrants that all deliverables will substantially conform to the agreed-upon specifications for a period of thirty (30) days following final delivery. During this period, company_name will correct any defects or non-conformities at no additional charge. This warranty does not cover issues arising from client modifications, misuse, or third-party interference.
12. Cancellation
If client_name cancels the project after acceptance of this quote: (a) any deposit paid is non-refundable; (b) client_name shall pay for all work completed through the date of cancellation; and (c) company_name shall deliver all completed work product to client_name upon receipt of final payment.
13. Quote Validity
This quote is valid until valid_until. Prices are subject to change after the expiration date. To accept this quote, please sign below and return a copy to company_name.
14. Terms and Conditions
- All prices are quoted in USD unless otherwise specified
- This quote does not constitute a binding contract until accepted by both parties
- Limitation of liability: company_name's total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid under this engagement
- Neither party shall be liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control (force majeure)
- Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation, followed by binding arbitration if necessary
