10.5 Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential all proprietary information shared during the project, including business strategies, design concepts, and technical specifications.

10.6 Termination

Either party may terminate this project with fourteen (14) days written notice. Upon termination, client_name shall pay for all work completed through the date of termination. agency_name shall deliver all completed work product upon receipt of final payment.
