2. Compensation

5. Employment Relationship
5.1 At-Will Employment

Nothing in this offer letter or any other Company document or communication shall be construed as a guarantee of continued employment for any specific duration. No manager, supervisor, or representative of the Company has the authority to modify this at-will relationship, except by a written employment agreement signed by an authorized executive officer of the Company.
5.2 Policies and Procedures
